Abu Dawud 2 (Book 1, Hadith 2)

“Musaddad bin Musarhad informed us, Isa bin Yunus narrated to us, Isma’il bin Abdul-Malik informed us, from Abu Zubair, from Jabir bin Abdullah, that the Prophet (peace be upon him) used to, when he wanted to relieve himself, go so far away that no one could see him.
