Narrated by Abu Al-Yaman, who said: Shu’ayb informed us, who said: Abu Al-Zinad informed us, from Al-A’raj, from Abu Huraira (may Allah be pleased with him) that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: “By the One in whose hand my soul is, none of you truly believes until I am more beloved to him than his father and his children.”
حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ، قَالَ أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ، قَالَ حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الزِّنَادِ، عَنِ الأَعْرَجِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ـ رضى الله عنه ـ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم قَالَ “ فَوَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لاَ يُؤْمِنُ أَحَدُكُمْ حَتَّى أَكُونَ أَحَبَّ إِلَيْهِ مِنْ وَالِدِهِ وَوَلَدِهِ ”.
