Narrated by Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Hanbal and Al-Hasan ibn Ali, who said: Abdul-Razzaq informed us, Ahmad said: Ma’mar narrated to us, Ash’ath informed me, and Al-Hasan said, from Ash’ath ibn Abdullah, from Al-Hasan, from Abdullah ibn Mughaffal, who said: The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, “None of you should urinate in a place of bathing and then perform Ghusl (ritual bathing) therein.” Ahmad said, “Then he performs Wudu (ablution) in it, so most of the whisperings come from it.”
حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ مُحَمَّدِ بْنِ حَنْبَلٍ، وَالْحَسَنُ بْنُ عَلِيٍّ، قَالاَ حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، قَالَ أَحْمَدُ حَدَّثَنَا مَعْمَرٌ، أَخْبَرَنِي أَشْعَثُ، وَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ، عَنْ أَشْعَثَ بْنِ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللَّهِ بْنِ مُغَفَّلٍ، قَالَ قَالَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صلى الله عليه وسلم ” لاَ يَبُولَنَّ أَحَدُكُمْ فِي مُسْتَحَمِّهِ ثُمَّ يَغْتَسِلُ فِيهِ ” . قَالَ أَحْمَدُ ” ثُمَّ يَتَوَضَّأُ فِيهِ فَإِنَّ عَامَّةَ الْوَسْوَاسِ مِنْهُ ” .
