Bukhari 39 (Book 2, Hadith 32)

“Narrated to us Abdus Salam ibn Mutahhar, he said: Informed us Umar ibn Ali, from Ma’n ibn Muhammad al-Ghifari, from Sa’id ibn Abi Sa’id al-Maqburi, from Abu Huraira, from the Prophet, peace be upon him, who said, ‘Indeed, the religion is easy, and no one overburdens himself in religion except that it will overcome him. So, remain steadfast, draw near, and give glad tidings. Seek help with the early morning prayer, the afternoon nap, and a little bit of supplication.'”
